Common questions
Is Lookt as accurate as MailSuite at detecting opens?
Both use the same technique, a 1×1 tracking pixel, so detection is essentially as reliable as each other. It comes down to whether the recipient's email client loads images, not which tool you use. The honest caveat for any pixel tracker, ours included: privacy features like Apple Mail Privacy Protection can pre-load an image and look like an open, so treat an open as a strong signal, not proof.
What do I give up by paying $2 instead of $9.99?
On the core tracking features, nothing. Lookt Pro covers open counts, full timelines, link tracking, device and location, and reports. A few niche MailSuite features (like its CRM and mail merge) aren't part of Lookt, which stays focused on tracking.
